Jim Minkoff has been helping other entrepreneurs start their own companies since 1987.  Jim has held a variety of successful professional positions at Cargill, Lawson Software, CCH Computax, and with the Internal Revenue Service.  Jim is a license Enrolled Agent and a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).  He is also active in the Corcoran entrepreneurial community and is a member of the Northwest Suburban Chamber of Commerce.  Jim earned his bachelors degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is a member of the Outstanding Young Men of America 1987.

A word about our fees.  We feel you are entitled to know, in advance, what our services cost.  Therefore, we will be happy to quote you a price for the work to be done.  Furthermore, we guarantee your satisfaction.



  Enrolled Agents are licensed professionals that
   specialize in taxation.  CPA's and attorneys may
   or may not choose to specialize in taxes.
  Enrolled Agents are subjected to a rigorous
   background check conducted by the IRS.
  Enrolled Agents are required to complete 24 hours
   of continuing education per year to keep them
   abreast of any and all tax law changes.
  Enrolled Agents take a difficult two-day
   examination administered by the IRS, which
   covers taxation of Individuals, Corporations,
   S-Corporations, Partnerships, Estates and Trusts,
   Procedures, and Ethics.
  Only Enrolled Agents are required to demonstrate
   to the IRS their competence in matters of
   taxation before they represent a taxpayer.
  Enrolled Agents are authorized to appear in place
   of the taxpayer at the Internal Revenue Service,
   and at State taxing authorities.
  Enrolled Agents are the only tax professionals who
   receive their right to practice from the United
   States Government.
  Enrolled Agents are licensed by the federal
   government, not by individual states.
